Since our mochi are made to order, all orders are processed within 7 business days. Please check your email including spam folder within 24 hours of placing the order to find out your delivery date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on a next day service. Ensuring the mochi get to you at their freshest. If for any reason there is a delay on Royal Mail's side we will inform you. 

Since our mochi does not contain any preservative, it is recommended someone is available to receive the parcel on the arrival date.

Please contact for short notice request, we will try to accommodate your request as much as we can.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Shipment confirmation email will also be sent once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Yes, if any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt. Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Invoice Number and an explanation of the problem. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.

We are pleased to offer free express (next day) delivery for orders over £28. For orders below £28, the delivery charge will be £4.29.

Our £28 free UK delivery policy is based upon the product subtotal.

If you applied discount code on your purchase, the £28 free delivery qualification would be calculated as Subtotal - Discount Amount.
